Royal Mail charges on seed orders over 100g: £4.99

Free delivery on seed orders over £150.

Delivery Schedule

We will endeavour to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days. However, our business and products are seasonal, and this means that when an order is placed during our busy periods in the spring and autumn, there may be a delay in delivery.

You must inform us within five working days of dispatch if any products are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund And Returns Policy

We hope that you will be fully satisfied with the native wildflower seeds that we supply. If for any reason you have a problem with our products please contact us via email at the earliest opportunity, providing details of your order number, so that we can seek to resolve the issue.

You must inform us within five working days of dispatch if any products are lost or damaged in transit.

Our refund and returns policy are applicable up to 14 days from placing an order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in exactly the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Due to the perishable nature of our products, and the conditions under which they need to be stored, we cannot guarantee all items will be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and at this time a credit will be processed to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are deemed damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email to [email protected] with details of your order and pictures of its condition upon delivery.

Shipping Returns

Before returning seed or other products to us, please first contact us so that we can advise you on the best course of action and the return address, if necessary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for returns lost in the post.
